Where is my nearest pick-up point?
We offer a pick-up service from over 200 hotels in Miami Beach and Downtown Miami for those tours which include it. Please refer to the "notes" of each tour or service.

Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?
We are able to take wheelchairs in some of the tours but please let us know beforehand.
Not all the vehicules are prepared for wheelchairs and it also depends on the wheelchair type.

Can I make amendments to my booking?
Tour date and time changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the departure, please email us if you would like to make changes.

How do I cancel my ticket?
If cancellation is made up to 24 hours prior the departure date, you will be charged a 10% service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% service charge. Cancellation has to be done by email.
Some tours are not refundable due to advanced reservation requirements. Please check the Redemption Instructions of the tour selected.

Which payment types do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express when booking online or by phone. Unfortunately we do not accept debit cards.

What if I do not have a working printer?
You have to be able to print out the voucher we send you by email after booking. You can also book the tour by calling to our office if you can't print the voucher.

Your personal information is submitted on a secure server and is used only to create your ticket and/or to contact you if there is any problem with your booking or in case we ask feedback after taking our tour.

Will you contact me if there is a problem?
Please be sure to give us your contact details. If there is any problem with your booking or payment details we will contact you on the telephone number or email address stated in the booking. Sometimes, tours may not operate due to the weather, and we may need to contact you to advise you of any changes.

I have booked online. How do I get my vouchers?
The ticket you have printed with the reference number is your voucher/ticket. Please remember to bring this with you. You will not be allowed entrance to an attraction without a valid ticket.

What if my voucher/ticket is not displayed?
If your voucher is not displayed after your booking, please contact us at info@graylinemiami.com requesting your ticket. On certain packages, a message will be displayed indicating that the vouchers will be emailed to you within 48 hours at your given email address. If you do not receive your voucher within the given time please contact us at: info@graylinemiami.com
